Delivery Guarantee

Our all year round delivery guarantee

Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via the Australia Post Express Service.

When you spend $100 or more at Beautiful Stories, we will express post your order to you free!

When your order is less than $100, we will express post your order for a flat rate of $15.00

Orders that are received before 1pm EST* on a business day are sent that day. We aim to have your order to you within 2 working days – this can be quicker if you live in Tasmania or a capital city and it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.

The Australia Post Express Post Service network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links. Our store is based in the Hobart city(our postcode is 7000) and you can follow the link for a more detailed description of the express post network.

Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.

New Zealand – We have a $15.00 flat rate delivery fee for customers in New Zealand. New Zealand and other International customers don’t pay the Australian GST and your item price/s will be updated at your bag page to reflect this. Parcels take 3-7 days to reach New Zealand and may be subject to import taxes or duties.

International Postage - If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you. You will pay the flat overseas freight charge of $25 to us and then it will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax.

Out of Stocks - we update our site’s product availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at sales@beautifulstoriesaustralia.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or damaged after delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Beautiful Stories will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Secure online payment

The payment process is protected by industry standard encryption so that we can guarantee that no one can intercept your credit card details. You are fully protected while buying on line at Beautiful Stories. Our online payment gateway is PayPal.

Customer credit card details are collected at each order and are never stored on the web server in any format. This eliminates the risk of customer's financial information being accessed by any third-party.

Privacy

Beautiful Stories is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information that we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured.

We only use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletters (if you have subscribed) and personalise your shopping experience with us. That is all. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.

Pricing Guarantee

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).

Beautiful Stories Australia pricing is in line with the recommended retail price for each item as defined by the brand or label.
